The solution is really easy to use, a child's play. The interface is rather pretty which makes the tool pleasant to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of starting a project. You just have to create the main lines, and then simply add by drag and drop the different sub-categories, tasks, duration, assignment, etc... In the context of a future project, this allows you to quickly create a table with all the stages of progress, the tasks that do what and give visibility to the client. Then, you just have to share the table with the client and the service providers involved in the project and each one updates the actions of his perimeter, this facilitates enormously the project management by avoiding interminable meetings or millions of useless mails.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some examples, for project management OK, material management OK, user input/output management, checklists, etc... OK On the other hand, to make some tables like for example a planning, it is just impossible to obtain something simple and readable... Maybe I didn't know how to do it but I think the tool has its limits

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Just try it for a while and make an opinion a parallel with another project management tool, there are plenty of models already ready to be adapted.

Time monitoring on Monday.com enables users to see how long tasks take, the entire timeline of their projects, and the tasks that take up the most time.

Applications for team collaboration and task management from outside companies, such Google Drive, Dropbox, etc., can be integrated with Monday.com. Excellent possibilities exist on Monday.com to communicate specific knowledge with visitors from outside the site, such as clients or independent contractors. Monday.com is a wonderful option for creating project procedures and setting up management systems from scratch utilizing editable templates.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be challenging to segment items and use the same columns across the board if there are more column options or different columns for distinct groups. Our team is not well doesn't like the inbox feature, which sometimes feels like a chaotic tangle of messages.

I enjoy that the platform can be completely tailored to my requirements, and the automations really do save me a ton of time. I enjoy that I can use Monday.com for a variety of different things, like planning, gathering billing data from clients, completing forms, and soliciting feedback from users. I can now identify who was in charge of a mistake and where it happened.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It would be preferable if users couldn't add more of it than our plan allows and were informed of this so they could ask top management for a plan upgrade as opposed to just adding more and having them find out when their invoice comes in.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We can now easily check, advice and view what must be done each day in terms of importance, which has made it easier to keep track of our activity throughout the team. It has standardized our operations so that I can quickly see my whole task on one tab without having to navigate through other websites or sections.
