What differentiates Microsoft Power Automate from other similar products?
They have both cloud and desktop flow which makes them unique compared to other products and the tight integration with other Microsoft products makes power automate standout from the market.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favourite aspect is the licensing, it's simple and cost efficient and the great thing is that we can run multiple robots in one single machine virtual machine and it doesn't need any additional license like other RPA tools.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's very difficult to use the azure key in power Automate since both the Microsoft products doesn't come in the same product bucket. And tool wise it is still in the evolving phase.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Considering the license cost it's a great product.

What differentiates Microsoft Power Automate from other similar products?
Its new features, Integration with multiple tools i.e. Microsoft CRM, Dataverse, Sharepoint etc, cloud flows, Triggerrs. This provides cloud as well as desktop flows and can be used as trigger or automated scheduled flow.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Cloud flow, Inbuilt actions, Machine groups, WLM, Data verse Integration, Solutions based approach.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Execution speed, connection references, limitations in actions, No much inbuilt integration with applications other than Microsoft.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Tool cost is very cheaper compared with other RPA tools ie. UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism. High productivity, Enhanced features, Triggers and cloud flows.

The server and desktop products have different strengths. Both are easy to use and are largely intuitive
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Copilot has now been added to help guide you even more. And if you still need help, Power Automate has a very active community where users jump in to answer questions when you get stuck.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Performance issues like slow load or high execution delays pose challenges sometimes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Offers numerous pre-built connectors and templates, also has automation of tasks using AI.
