It's integration capabilities with the full Microsoft ecosystem of products most importantly SqlServer and Sharepoint

Power in the hands of the user to create, design, and integrate without heavy coding solutions support needed

What do you dislike most about this product?

small learning curve but one that is easily handled by the wealth of information available on the web
