Previously relying solely on email and chat channels led to information scattered across different stages, causing employees to waste time switching between tools to find relevant business news or applications.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of LumApps is its user-friendly platform. We were able to create customized pages that perfectly aligned with our corporate brand guidelines within weeks, transforming it into a powerful internal communications tool seamlessly integrated with our Google Workspace and business apps. Plus, I'm particularly impressed by its use of no-code technologies.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One drawback of LumApps is its relatively high price point. We struggled to justify the cost, especially since we had fewer employees using the platform, resulting in higher expenses per user. Additionally, while the platform offers customization options, there's room for improvement, particularly in enhancing flexibility for custom implementations like select drop-downs.
