What differentiates Insightly CRM from other similar products?
A cloud-based solution for marketing, sales and projects. It has an easy UI and provides low barrier of entry for newbies. Its helps in organizing and managing tasks when the customer moves through sales process. It gives pipeline view of the processes which make it easy to track. It has functionality to allow notifications and set up reminders. Its android application is very user friendly and efficient. It allows out-of-the-box integration with many office tools and Google apps.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It increases the overall work efficiency. Data accuracy and time saving provides more time to concentrate on customer鈥檚 needs and more time to deal with the company customers which in turn provides good customer experience and better customer satisfaction.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Its target audience is just smaller businesses however it is equally good for large scale businesses too. It does not provide functionality to grant or limit access of a certain user according to his role thus allowing those users to access more or less than needed. It has an outdated design that needs updates. Its calendar has bug and it does not schedule the tasks correctly outside of Insightly. Its initial setup is a bit difficult and time consuming.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Its low price makes it best choice for small and medium business setups. I would be happy to suggest it to everyone.

I have no experience from similar products in my working experience.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is very powerful in organizing clients data and enabling sales team to reach the targeted group of customers. Potential customers can easily engage with our marketing teams through chatting and direct calls. The user interface has great features for enabling customers to make their preferred choices of goods and services.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have not been faced b y any challenge from the operation of this great platform.

I totally recommend this platform to any company for better customer engagement.

What differentiates Insightly CRM from other similar products?
As a result of my position, I am not able to solve any difficulties within CRM. Insightly is a project management application that I use on a daily basis. When it comes to budgeting, my company's account managers have noted that since utilizing Insightly, they are able to focus on more specifics than they were able to with our prior CRM software. As a result of the pandemic, it has proven to be one of the most effective tools for my business. It's a great way to keep track of your consumers and connect with them.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
A fantastic innovation, indeed! Our sales skyrocketed as a result. The company's customer service is outstanding. It's a great tool for building and maintaining connections with clients. As a result, we are able to provide better advice by involving stakeholders and have greater learning experiences as a result of this technology. A user-friendly layout with numerous options for navigating to the many functions is available on the site. It's most effective for Google's brains. If we're traveling, we'll utilize the Insightly mobile app, which is typically compatible with iOS. You may also upload meeting recordings!
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is no aesthetic appeal to the project layout, unlike comparable project management platforms such as Trello. Additionally, I wish the design was more current. Syncing your email account (we use Gsuite) with Insightly is possible, however, we decided against it because the email address it syncs to doesn't seem very professional.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Despite the fact that Insightly CRM is one of the best products in its category, it may not be the best choice for small businesses due to its high price and limited features. It is possible to place small, medium, and big enterprises in an acceptable opinion within the digital market using the powerful reporting and analytical engine of this platform While observing the effectiveness of the campaigns, which indicate what works and what doesn't, the knowledge, advertising, and campaigns may accomplish their goals.
