What differentiates Insightly CRM from other similar products?
An online CRM tool called Insightly offers project management, automated workflows, monitoring, and third-party connectors. We are quite delighted with Insightly. Despite being simple for using, it has a significant impact. The Insightly platform is managing an increasing number of business operations. We can use it to stay in touch with each of our colleagues and acquaintances at once.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Insightly handles all of our CRM requirements, from managements of any type to modifications. Users can download content to broaden the content's visibility and complete integrated forms that assist them in engaging with their audiences more productively. The finest email function offers the ability to send an email with just one click, and the record is preserved for your records.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It can occasionally take a long time and be annoying to keep importing contact information. On addition of it all, it also offers cutting-edge solutions that enhance our relationships with one another. It's challenging to understand the data since there isn't much inside the way of visual analysis in the program.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It compiles and disseminates data from a variety of sources. The relationship management services provided by our organization have increased efficiency. It has an intuitive interface for developing campaigns for marketing managers and content producers. Statistics can be saved and read at various stages of processing, and rights and levels of access can be swiftly set up.

What differentiates Insightly CRM from other similar products?
Insightly is how I keep track of all the initiatives we have in the works right now. The management of our company's 5,000+ open positions is a major challenge. Insightly makes it easy for us to keep track of all the moving parts, which would otherwise be difficult to do in a secure manner given the project's multi-stage nature.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
In my experience using Insightly, I haven't run into any serious issues. We used to utilize a strange CRM that was built out of sheets and required us to constantly switch between windows. Using Insightly, we can have all of our data in one place, neatly organized in custom fields. In my opinion, the project page may benefit from more fields in which to provide pertinent data.
What do you dislike most about this product?
In most cases, the newly opened Org or Project tab doesn't take up more than half of my screen following a search. I can't figure out how to make the page larger. For some reason, the columns on the Relate and Activity tabs don't remember my saved column width. Every time I use it, I have to resize it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As was previously said, Insightly is a fantastic customer relationship management system designed for use by businesses who wish to efficiently arrange their tasks. Two years ago, we made the switch to Insightly and now we can monitor the status of all of our projects, view their schedules, and generate fresh reports.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is the best tool to engage with consumers and make data-driven, well-informed marketing decisions. It helps to develop long-lasting relationships with consumers and helps to grow business faster. The user interface is easy to use and intuitive. It allows you to create email templates, shareable dashboards, consumer journeys, and consumer newsletters. It enables you to develop dynamic lists and provides beautiful templates to create attractive drag-and-drop email campaigns.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The free version is not available. Users with zero knowledge and no experience of CRM software will face difficulty to use Insightly Marketing. So, it has a steep curve of learning.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It comes with an API and allows businesses to incorporate the platform with numerous third-party solutions such as Microsoft Office 365, Zoom Webinar, and Google G-Suite. It uses two-factor authentication and thus, secures user experience. It enables group members to conduct A/B testing to determine high-performing marketing campaigns. It helps you generate more leads and enhances the performance of business operations. It provides detailed insight into the whole consumer journey. It empowers marketers to create effective campaigns without taking any outside help.
