What differentiates Infor CRM from other similar products?
When we originally obtained the program, I'd say Infor CRM helped us a lot with data storage, tracking businesses, and opportunities. Now, though, we want to update to a more dependable program that runs more easily and offers more versatility in terms of reporting and other features.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Infor CRM is useful for tracking opportunities and recent interactions with businesses. We can also link campaigns and lead sources to opportunities for marketing purposes, track the total number of leads produced by a particular campaign, and do other useful things like that. To segment and group data for marketing purposes and export it to other marketing tools, is relatively simple to do so.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Keeping track of when opportunities shut down is difficult. The monthly reviews become a laborious process as a result. It needs to be perfect. The fact that it had a 100 GB memory but is not available for our operating database is tough to understand from the outside.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Infor CRM can be easily customized. The majority of your development work will be completed by a third-party contractor for a fee. Infor CRM is web-based and has a mobile website. In short it is an amazing tool so I urge you to do this.

What differentiates Infor CRM from other similar products?
Customization alternatives are vast however the ability to just 'leap-in' and begin using the product right away turned into very clean and a huge plus for us. Exact in mapping key opportunities, focused on worthwhile potentialities marketing campaign, lead control and pretty customizable platform.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
When we have the customization alternatives while using the software then it gives a big edge to the user. Plus it has the accuracy with it which proves to be decisive when thinking about selecting the software for use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Reports (they take for all time and may even blunders out, so they have to be run once more) and making businesses is more problem than its miles well worth. Lacking a piece of capability but with integration we have been capable of push/pull information to different systems (time/billing) and advertising and marketing automation tools.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The running reports should be systemized in a manner that there should be no duplication and speed also matters a lot when particularly seeing through this perspective.
