What differentiates Infor CRM from other similar products?

Its powerful process automation capabilities help sales teams apply best practices and operate more efficiently. Although there are many customization choices, we found it to be a significant positive that we could quickly hop in and use the product straight away. You may quickly create your personal dashboard to show only the items that are crucial to your function by using the logical and simple user interface.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This is a method I use every day at work, and it is far superior to one we previously used for years. This one is a lot more useful; I like how you can change the layout and access various client data in a number of different ways. I adore using every day. Only a few takes you need and then you can easily use this software.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Again, the vendor's help was excellent, although it was challenging to distinguish between CRM issues and vendor issues. The support we received from our most recent provider was good, and the personnel we worked with were able to handle any problems we encountered in just one phone call or email.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Even at the administrator level, changes are simple to make. For instance, we have distinct tabs set up for various business areas to make their particular data easily accessible. It enables us to keep track of all chances that are open, closed, or pending for each account so that you always know who your top clients are.

What differentiates Infor CRM from other similar products?

Reasonably simple to use CRM system. Does what鈥檚 expected in terms of monitoring client info, collating data, and managing contracts and sales opportunities. Managing groups is multi-faceted and versatile. I favor how you can view the ticket history on a client, that helps me prepare for my proactive outreaches. Seeing notes from different team members is nice for our cooperative effort to search out the simplest solutions for our clients.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Infor is a great product for holding information regarding companies, people, opportunities, support tickets, documents, etc鈥 on behalf of me a marketeer it鈥檚 quite straightforward to make teams and segment the information for selling purposes and export this across to different selling software. The system is additionally useful for keeping track of opportunities and recent contact with companies. For marketing purposes, you鈥檙e also ready to associate campaigns/lead sources to opportunities and track the number of leads generated from one pretty handy campaign.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Slow to load next page, slow to load search results, search question has to be typed in exactly as it appears within the system, for example, if Wal-Mart is in the system, 鈥淲al-Mart鈥 or 鈥淲almart鈥 wouldn鈥檛 load any results. Leads would randomly disappear from the CRM for four hours at a time which was attributed to a technical issue.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Infor SalesLogix CRM is the best to use and most comprehensive integrated CRM in the market today. It includes Sales Automation, selling Automation, Client Service, and Support Automation. Infor SalesLogix comes normal with Infor Mobile CRM, website Lead Capture, and 100/GB of Storage per fifty users. Infor SalesLogix is additional similar to Salesforce.com Enterprise at roughly 30% - 50% of the cost.

What differentiates Infor CRM from other similar products?

The scale of the software system is great. Smaller corporations entrenched in antiquated Marketing, Sales, and Client Service business processes can struggle. Infor CRM is designed for professionally managed organizations, fascinated by data generation. The tool is extremely customizable. You鈥檙e working with a third-party contractor who will do the majority of your development work, at a cost. The tool is web-based, includes a mobile site, and has recently seen some investment in product design enhancements and upgrades, once years of very little of either.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Infor CRM is nice for making information about vendors and clients. I believe the best part is that you can begin small and then configure and customize the merchandise for any purpose, turning it into a system that enables terribly different audiences to access the same DB.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The large and cumbersome side of the on-premise consumer. We鈥檝e got problems with the client loading itself. We use a remote desktop to offer the client a quicker speed, however, it can barely help. We additionally didn鈥檛 have all the documentation of the customization so we can鈥檛 provide the online experience.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Understand the internal purpose of CRM as a tool to execute Marketing, Sales, and client Service processes. Take the time to find out the options of every module and style responsibilities to linear workflow. The most effective deployments have progressive growth plans and CRM-associated goals supported by information found in the CRM.
