What differentiates IdeaScale from other similar products?
simple to launch and set up. Very user-friendly interface for administrators and users in the field who sign on only to cast votes. Always available and knowledgeable technical support. Additionally, the system has been dependable, with no downtime during our use. Ideascale offers one of the most reliable platforms available and is well ahead of everyone else in system integration.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I would be okay with IdeaScale's offers, but I was in for a delightful encounter. The leadership of my agency gave me the assignment of creating a community of leading practices to exchange practical and efficient ideas throughout the organization. Due to its enormous scalability, we are only beginning to scratch the surface of how this product can affect our company. So far, working with this team has been fantastic!
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are many options for community moderation, and it sometimes needs to be clarified what each one does. This can be overwhelming. Attached links or documents might be inserted or shown more prominently, and attached images display very little. The registration procedure might go more smoothly. It has more customization options than we are using.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The team, which included sales, support, and others, was attentive, gifted, and enthusiastic about the product, their particular trades, and offering top-notch customer service. The technology is robust in features, user-friendly, and dependable.
