What differentiates HubSpot Sales Hub from other similar products?

HubSpot is different from others due to its user friendly designs, its deep integration with marketing and customer service and its AI-powered automation.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I so much love the seamless integration between sales , marketing and service tools.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't really like the fact that its reporting features feels limited unless one upgrades to higher-tier plans, which can be very expensive for small teams.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Here's my recommendation: Before committing to HubSpot Sales Hub, start with its free CRM so you can test its usability. Then choose a pricing tier to avoid overpaying for features you don鈥檛 need. As you advance, you will get familiar with the technicals.
