What differentiates HubSpot Sales Hub from other similar products?

We run multi-touch outbound campaigns. HubSpot works for us because it doesn't just store contacts 鈥 it maps them to real timelines. I get instant visibility into email opens, clicks, and meeting flows

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sequences are gold. I created a 5-touch outbound cadence for a B2B event and booked 12 meetings in 3 days. I also love contact scoring 鈥 I can walk into a pipeline meeting knowing which leads are actually warming up

What do you dislike most about this product?

Task clutter builds up fast. You blink and you're behind on calls. Also, reporting for deals at different pipeline stages feels less intuitive than it should.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Tag every contact religiously. If you're selling multiple service tiers, build custom pipelines for each. Don鈥檛 just use templates 鈥 personalise sequences with insights from LinkedIn or previous campaigns. It pays off.

It鈥檚 easier to get up and running with compared to many other CRMs, and the integration between marketing and sales is tighter than most. Also, the UI is clean and doesn鈥檛 overwhelm users.

The contact timeline and email tracking are huge - it makes it really easy to keep tabs on sales activity without digging through a bunch of systems.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The pricing structure can feel restrictive. Some of the features that should be standard require upgrading to higher tiers, which adds up fast.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take time to map out exactly which features your team needs before picking a plan - otherwise, you might end up paying more than expected. Also, get both sales and marketing on board early for smoother adoption.
