What differentiates Hootsuite from other similar products?
Hootsuite comes with all basic and advanced features to handle your social media professionally and perfectly. It gives you real time insights of interactions and happenings. Scheduling posts in advance for almost all of your social media handles and managing your audience in one go with a collaborative team effort is what makes it ideal for us.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Handling Social Media of a big firm is no piece of cake. You need powerful tools to cater all requirements and needs of the organization. Nothing should go wrong by any means and even if there is misconduct you have a powerful tool that can handle it all in a professional manner. We switched to Hootsuite a few years back and boy! It has made everything much, much easier for us.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It鈥檚 a pool for tools to handle social media like never before. It鈥檚 great, however, the interface is not user friendly for beginners. Even professionals can get stuck at times. It has it all but sometimes it can get overwhelming due to so many features at sight.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It has everything a big firm will need to handle its social media in a very professional and well managed manner. You can do a marvelous job if you learn the software and it鈥檚 great to grow your business on 2x. It can be a bit expensive for some companies but I would suggest you do it, spend here and you will see the growth in a few months.

What differentiates Hootsuite from other similar products?
Hootsuite for SMB is a great platform to manage all social media accounts at once and that too without spending your whole day in there. You can have an app like this one in your phone and work while you are on the go. They have packages for all types of businesses and you can get a small one for your small business. The integration and collaboration of all social media platforms at once is incredible.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Many think that running a small business is easy, handling their social media is a very easy task, but let me tell you , NO! It takes a lot more effort and dedication than an already built social media network for a brand. You need to put so much effort to make that page stand out among the rest. I handle social media for a small business and I know how much effort and time it takes. I used to spend almost all of my time there till I found Hootsuite for SMB.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Free version is not very much recommended because when you are handling social media you need insights and free version for small businesses isn't that functional when it comes to that! Also, the app for phone usage is also very much limited to a few features.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you just work all by yourself and put too much effort on a small businesses social media platform I would highly recommend you to try out their free version and get a bliss in your life. You can pay if your company can afford and see the tables turn in your favor in no time.
