They are on the cutting edge of KM software. They're constantly innovating and updating their product to make things as automatic and intuitive as possible.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It allows anyone, from veteran to new hire, to pull the right answer in little to no time and get the correct result to the customer.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It tends to be a bit pricey; however, if you do an ROI you will find the value is there.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Have many conversations with the sales and success teams. They have immeasurable knowledge and genuinely want to make your implementation a success.
