What differentiates Greenhouse Recruiting from other similar products?
Greenhouse is really convenient in that regard. All of the external recruitment platforms that VIOOH uses are compatible with the system. Incorporations are fast and easy to implement. The automation capabilities of the platform are unparalleled.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Everyone who has to have access to the information is on the same page because everything, including the dashboard, is clearly labeled. This allows for more efficiency, and it ensures that everyone has access to the information they need. It boosts productivity all around because it doesn't necessitate any further outside communication.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I find Greenhouse CRM to be a bit cumbersome, particularly the candidate search feature. Potentially helpful would be a way to conduct a search by entering an email address or a phone number.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Our TTH problems have been resolved by Greenhouse, and we are currently hovering around the 30-day mark. Scheduling is made easier because to the automated transitions.

What differentiates Greenhouse Recruiting from other similar products?
Alot of features are constantly getting updated or new ones are coming out. I love they have a whole conference for their ATS as well. So worth seeing the creators and meeting other folks/companies that use this great system.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love how easy it is to. Customer Service is easily accessible if you run into any hurdles or have any questions. Love that you have support for weeks when implementing system.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I currently do not have anything bad to say about Greenhouse.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Please do your research. You won't find anything better than this. The $$ is well worth it.

what differentiates greenhouse with other software is that in GH you can do the end to end process in a single tool
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has been a really good experience, and the candidates also like the way the platform helps the process, besides that, the customer support it's really fast and friendly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
sometimes the server crashed, it's the only thing I could add as a disagreement

Overall amazing experience and highly recommend for any organization that has an active recruiting department.
