What differentiates Gong from other similar products?

Gong with the right AI driven transcription capabilities, functions splendidly for multilingual worldwide teams. It constantly and regularly provides information for the best sales processes, strategies, and the like. The dashboard which tracks sales performance offers an in-depth overview of all vital information.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Recap and call summary from Gong's AI are very helpful. The key point feature is an efficient medium that helps cut down review periods by making the extraction of valuable insights a lot quicker. While AI has potential to extend, Gong is the leader now.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The live listening function is quite difficult to operate. It mainly crashes, lags or loags, or becomes so unstable that it causes problems with call monitoring, etcetera.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If Gong is the right tool for your tech stack and the cost fits within the budget, you should buy it as it is an outstanding investment. Nonetheless, if you are starting from scratch, you can look for other ways to get the same information without the cost.

Great pipeline tool w/ call recording, analysis

What differentiates Gong from other similar products?

The platform is very intuitive. With no training I was able to log in and immediately identify how to use core functionality of the product.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the dashboards that help show pipeline, which have custom tabs by sales stage (user created). This then shows activities during pipeline calls from both prospects and sales so we can immediately see who is and isn't reaching out to their prospects on a consistent basis.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No dislikes at this point in time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're looking for a simple way to increase accountability for sales teams, this is it.
