Freshsales built in phone, email, automation and AI. It is easy to use platform. we don't need to juggle tools, it just works!

. Clean, user-friendly design . chat all in one place like Email, phone . Time saving workflows

It's user friendly ,those with complex needs might find the customization option a bit restrictive.

. we can integrate with other tools. . we can customize dashboards to tract the metrices

What differentiates Freshsales from other similar products?
In my opinion with the price the only useful thing that freshsales offers, at least from my perspective of use, is the usefulness of the journey in freshmarketer.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Freshmarketer is the tool I have used the most along with freshsales because of its ability to edit the action flow when sending cyclic campaigns.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing specific that I dislike, I just feel that there are other tools or CRM software that could offer the same and with other useful features to the same or with a little more investment.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I imagine that just as there is a world of tastes for every individual, there will be companies who find Freshsales and the whole freshwork package useful for their organizations, I wouldn't know how to advise anyone to use it unless within their price range, budget and usage is tied to what they need.

Its built-in email tracking and engagement analytics

While the default widgets are useful, the ability to create more personalized widgets based on specific reporting needs would be a valuable addition
