What differentiates Freshsales from other similar products?
Freshworks CRM is easy to use and adaptable when it comes to modelling sales and business operations. Custom fields may be created to assist you manage the most critical parts of your organisation. Easy-to-use application where all participants can access their information and participate on their piece on a daily basis, with everything in one location.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has provided us with a variety of features and apps without requiring us to purchase each one separately. At the end of the day, Freshmarketer's alternatives, such as conversion optimization and a separate survey tool, save us a lot of time and money. Finally, the Chrome add-on is really beneficial.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Its price may be an issue when compared to other platforms; the free version is limited and lacks numerous capabilities; they effectively compel you to pay for more functionality. Small businesses will be able to afford this excellent service if memberships improve.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Super recommended; you'll enhance your user dialogues, increase your sales abilities, and get feedback from your customers so you can improve and figure out which product they want or which would be the best for them.

What differentiates Freshsales from other similar products?

CRM powered by artificial intelligence that allows you to better understand customers with the right information at the right time. The software includes sales force automation, marketing automation, chat and telephony all in one solution.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Integrates UI optimization, comfortable and intuitive. Solid API disposition. Storing valuable documentation of contact and potential customer data allows better planning of marketing campaigns. Organization of plans and tasks in precise calendars. Design of pipeline management models. Ability to integrate with third-party products and the cloud.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Freshworks is a software whose platform unfortunately does not have the integration to social networks that allows a quick sharing of information between users. It lacks customer segmentation that allows monitoring of supplier / customer interactions.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Product of basic necessity if you want to survive in the violent and confusing digital markets. Freshworks with its yellow and circular logo, as a supplier offers me packages and tools that allow me to compete on equal terms with large companies without the risk of being defeated.

What differentiates Freshsales from other similar products?
Freshworks CRM is very resourceful and it is easily scalable. This is not common with competitors, unless you are paying more.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that the tool handles both CRM and also offer Sales Engagement Features While it my look complex, understanding and learning how to use the tool takes no time. Customizing, scaling, managing and deploying the tool is easy.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Freshworks CRM has been very helpful and I can barely list any cons.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Freshworks CRM works excellently as a CRM solution and I highly recommend it. It also comes at a good price considering what other vendors are offering
