What differentiates Freshsales from other similar products?
Freshsales suite has so many scenarios in which it can be applied that it basically serves to cover all types of areas that require some commercial operation. The best applications of the platform, in our opinion, are clearly the execution of follow-ups when the platform is integrated with survey generation services.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The tasks system within the Freshsales suite of sales tools is excellent for organizing the business operations you need, allowing you to switch from one task to another with great convenience. Freshsales platform allows to manage contacts from email lists, so they can be integrated into the Freshsales CRM tool just by using some APIs
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although Freshsales allows us to attach an estimated number of people to sales tasks, the platform limits a lot the configuration of each of the accessibility and basic configuration permissions, so in the end it ends up being counterproductive. The process of importing user accounts within Freshsales is quite slow.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Thanks to the capacity with which Freshsales integrates with all kinds of external services oriented to the generation of eCommerce plans, we think it is easy to recommend it when planning new SEO strategies, either to cover future sales campaigns, or to better define the targets of a product or service.

What differentiates Freshsales from other similar products?
Freshsales is a comprehensive salesforce tool for sales teams. It gives a salesman all they need to generate quality leads, participate in meaningful discussions, drive transactions with Intelligence insights, and maintain client relationships. Freshsales, with created email, call, conversation, and phone, gives salespeople more time to sell by streamlining the sales process by increasing efficiency and productivity in their everyday operations.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like Freshsales since it has two versions, both premium and free, and they both perform well. Another plus is the app; it absolutely works and can be used even if you only have the free version. This smartphone app's primary role is to follow up with possible clients. The product's UI is incredibly simple to use; it has ergonomically designed and is highly intuitive; you don't need to be a tech guy to comprehend it. I can simply schedule a Zoom time to discuss my requirements and obtain assistance with the procedures. This has helped me grasp what the system is able of and has enabled me to automate several procedures for my firm.
What do you dislike most about this product?
FreshCRM's main flaw is that it is not particularly user-friendly. There is just so much 'unknown activity' with the tool that I frequently have to redo things. And there are times when things are fixed and I must devise a solution. I also have my doubts that they have email deliverability difficulties, particularly when delivering email campaigns and schedule emails, but they continue to deny it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
When you're prepared to explore or hunt, this is a vital fully - featured CRM system and a fully affordable deal that you should consider for your business. I assure you that this is the correct way if you want to organize data while also providing excellent customer service. It is suitable for all types of B2C enterprises, regardless of size. You can still use your services via the mobile application.
