What differentiates FreshBooks from other similar products?
It stands out because of ease of use and relatively simple features that favor small companies. For example, it does not very complicated features and does not much time to grasp how it works.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The invoicing function is my favorite because it saves time and offers a polite way to ask our online clients to pay for their services. The invoicing process is straightforward, and it encourages online payments. I also like the expense tracking feature since it makes us conscious of the business expenses and respond accordingly. The time tracking also gives insight on the time required to handle a project and help us adjust the rates when necessary.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I find the reporting feature inadequate because the reports are critical and could help us make better business decisions. The cost could go up if your small business grows fast because of the restrictions on the number of users. The Lite plan does not offer the typical double-entry accounting system and some crucial features such as the bank reconciliation options, It is rather too simple.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Understand your business needs and ensure you understand FreshBooks functions. Remember to read the terms and conditions and evaluate how business changes could be affected by them.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Creating invoices is very faster because of already made templates which are editable and invoice can be saved as pdf copies and also sent to via email
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Freshbook supports both small and large business in accounting services, it collect funds and send reminder to clients on behalf of the user. Freshbook is quick in service delivery.
