It provides automatic encryption of sensitive emails, ensuring that our data is not vulnerable during transmission between systems, and integrates easily with Fortinet Security Fabric, allowing FortiMail to work seamlessly with other Fortinet security appliances, providing complete protection and facilitating centralized management.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like this tool and, in my organization, we use FortiMail as our primary solution for enterprise email management. This software has become a fundamental tool for improving email security, data loss prevention and communication management efficiency. With a steady growth in the amount of emails we receive, FortiMail helps us to filter spam, prevent phishing attacks and protect sensitive information, while staying within compliance regulations.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The initial setup can be a bit complex; we required significant time to ensure that everything was configured correctly
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
From my experience I recommend it as its implementation has led to a significant decrease in the number of successful phishing attacks and an improvement in team productivity. We feel more secure when handling sensitive information, which has boosted confidence in our electronic communications.
