What differentiates Eptura Engage from other similar products?
Clean product which doesn't require special knowledge or IT knowledge to operate. It is designed as every user can use it. It has various types of space managements like personal & desk and, meeting space. You can add your employees with their roles and limitations on access. Integrate with Outlook and book meeting room accordingly instantly from your mobile. It has quick support service to resolve your issues on the spot. Maximize the office space and adapt to changing employee needs with flexible, cloud-based technology. Manage rules on space bookings, utilize space in the decent way to reduce time and cost.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love this tool very much as this application has clean user interface and it has lots of useful features which competitors can't provide. Whatever device you have, you can access to this portal easily and can book your desk, meeting room easily from anywhere. You can set rules for booking rooms so that you can avoid double bookings and other issues. You can integrate with your calendar and can schedule meeting according to that and it will detect meeting capacity and will provide relevant room with amenities required for that meeting. It also provides locker and parking space booking facility to your employees which other products don't.
What do you dislike most about this product?
My overall experience with this application is superb. I have nothing to hate this application. I have found this more useful than other similar products in this category. If you want to try the features you can take trail facility or demo section to understand the tool well.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend this as it is best to choose. In my experience I got more features than similar products like Robin with same pricing. It is more convenient to use. You can choose custom plans as per your company requirement and setup is super easy. Their consultant team will follow up on your every step of integration. Integration with other tools is easy. On spot support system with highest success rate. It will give your employees to choose workspace according to their comfort. I would like to consider this one from other competitors.
