Very user-friendly and customizable while keeping you focused on the necessary tasks at hand- the free version provides an excellent base program and the paid versions solely add additional value. Works great for collaboration with my team tand he combination with Microsoft teams (even though you don鈥檛 would like it- you鈥檒l share boards and messages right within the platform itself). I like that I can set conditional values like x can鈥檛 be completed till y is current but y can not be started until z is finished.

If you mistakenly put one thing in a to-do list rather than on your board itself you cant simply move it to an in-progress category- you鈥檝e got to delete/reenter鈥� I do know that鈥檚 not extremely something worth complaining about however I find it annoying since that鈥檚 the failure of the phone app.

ClickUp doesn't have anything that bothers me about it. If I had one request, it would be that the proportion of a target that was completed based on the completion of subtasks. When I've completed a large number of smaller activities yet have a 0% target progress, that doesn't seem quite true.

Don't be afraid to go for it! After working with clickup, I can't see utilizing anything else for future projects.

ClickUp is truly trying to become the one tool that a business needs to manage so many different aspects. I believe that ClickUp is differentiated because of its focus on quick iterations, a wider breadth of features, and unique ways of going about solving problems.

I really like the flexibility. There are several different departments within our company that can customize ClickUp to their unique needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

With trying to be so many different things at once, you run into the problem of a complex and at times confusing product. The UX/UI could use some work - which I know that they've been focusing on lately.

Go ahead and give it a try for yourself. It can go toe to toe with other project management software and you may find that it fits your exact needs.
