What differentiates ClickUp from other similar products?

We use ClickUp for internal projects involving various departments in addition to our primary project management platform. Due to the low cost of the program, we are able to switch out users on a per-project basis. By doing so, we can ensure that everyone on campus has access to the most recent version of the project.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to deconstruct large undertakings into manageable chunks. It might be too light for those who prefer dense narratives. Therefore far, our use of this tool has been limited to task-based projects, so we have not made extensive use of its time and resource management capabilities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The user interface is a little tricky to master at first. It would be helpful if there were greater contrast between the background and the playing cards. It takes some tweaking to get it to operate with other methodologies (such as scrum), but the included templates and instructions make this process much easier.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Anywhere an effective project management solution is required, ClickUp may be put to good use. The cost is quite competitive and the amount of customization available is practically limitless. It enables delegation of duties and delegation of tasks, as well as the distribution of resources.

What differentiates ClickUp from other similar products?

High level of customization. ClickUp is affordable. The UI is simple and smooth. There are onboarding videos. The support offered is helpful and instant.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

ClickUp allows us to create different views to track projects due every week. Integrates with email for notification/reminders. There are different spaces that can be used for multiple departments. There are plenty of pre-customized project templates. The Gannt charts. Kanban boards.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some integrations do not work well. One cannot edit the sprint date once it is created. The learning curve is a bit steep.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

ClickUp is by far the best project management tool we have used. We use it for our project/task management and knowledge base. I love that it is able to assign and track work, for instance, time estimation, time logging, assigning to multiple people, subtasks for breaking down large tasks due dates and so much more. It goes further to provide multiple ways to view data from boards, list views, mind maps, and Gantt charts. highly recommend ClickUp.

What differentiates ClickUp from other similar products?

We didn鈥檛 need to modification our progress to create ClickUp work for us. It鈥檚 thus customizable! Set it up to match the workflow already in place. Once we started with ClickUp (early 2019) it absolutely was extremely simply clean bones, however I had a feeling it was planning to be great. We鈥檝e fully grown with ClickUp and are ready to simply integrate the new options they release every week. I expect to the e-mail from ClickUp each Friday evening! I can鈥檛 wait to check what鈥� new. It鈥� very exciting to see however so much they need are available in under 2 years, and in turn, helped my team work a lot of efficiently.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love it. ClickUp teaches me to be a lot of targeted and work smarter. Beautiful and fun. I come from deep expertise as a program manager, product manager, currently CEO, and on a continuous path to boost my processes. ClickUp blew me away. It expands my mind into a way to higher work, prioritize, and organize. Thank you.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It鈥� 鈥榮 a bit buggy鈥� typically automation takes some moments to run or pages and tasks will be slow to feature or delete, however, the remainder of the program runs quite quickly, and at its price point it鈥檌t鈥檚mple to look past.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

ClickUp simplified our task structure and gave us the organization we needed, within the format we needed. It permits us to line up every space separately so it works for all of the various groups and their processes in our company.
