What differentiates ClickUp from other similar products?

It鈥檚 very easy to differentiate ClickUp from others cause of its excellent list of features that only ClickUp provides, such as Native Time Tracking, Built-in Whiteboard and Docs, Gantt Chart view, and much more.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The built-in Whiteboards by ClickUp are so perfect for brainstorming and visual planning purposes. The Workload View, Task Priorities, Comments and Mentions feature has served the best for our team as they help in balancing team capacity, flagging important work items, and letting discussions be contextual respectively. ClickUp has helped us keep the targets measurable by using the Goal Hierarchy feature. I like how it also provides ClickUp Extensions, which have helped me in quick task creation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's great that ClickUp provides Gantt Charts, but its performance gets slow while I tested it with large projects. Same goes with the Sprint Lists, which I found a bit less flexible than other agile tools.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend one to avoid creating too many Custom Fields or Spaces as it will lead to confusion among the team. Also, start with low-risk workflows while using automations and then scale up, this will definitely help you to overcome any chaos beforehand.
