What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?

It is helpful to see my filler words while demonstrating. It actively encourages me to keep in mind when speaking to a prospect the words I use that can foster skepticism. In addition, I want to listen to what I said to determine if there are any alternative approaches to taking a prospect's questions. I want to learn more from other students.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The statistics are excellent since they give you a simple method to monitor what your reps are and aren't doing. I enjoy that I can analyze all of my prior sales calls to improve as a salesperson. Agents on the team have also commented on how beneficial it is to see those fast data so they can instantly evaluate their monologues, filler words, and the average amount of questions asked. I may analyze my performance with my management, and we can develop fresh ideas to improve.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes, especially during the live portion of the call, the prospects prefer to avoid noticing that the call is being recorded. They frequently inquire what "live" means, and I have to clarify that no one is watching us. I would like to see the recordings right in SalesForce. I would also like to inform my consumers about the meeting via a custom-branded page for my organization.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Chorus makes it far simpler for me to evaluate my calls and identify areas for improvement than any other tool I've used in the past. Additionally, knowing that I can review and take notes after our talk with a prospect makes it simpler to review calls with them and helps me listen to them more intently.

What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?

I adore having access to my old recordings at any time. When I email my clients as a follow-up, this is certainly a lifesaver. It's helpful to quickly read the transcript and listen to anything I missed because I only sometimes take good notes on calls. Additionally, clients enjoy getting these recordings to share with other team members.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to coach others using this platform has also been helpful because it enables the user to review and pay attention to their interaction carefully. Reviewing prospect responses, particularly when they have become more detailed, has an additional advantage since it allows me to address issues with the deal and the prospects' needs that I might have overlooked in a one-off encounter.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although no program is flawless, I occasionally encounter issues I wish might be resolved. Finding specific chorus cries using the search box has sometimes been challenging. However, since I first started, the UI has improved. Since it doesn't correctly load up on a mobile device, mobile-based use is very challenging to get right, but it is still possible.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It includes the most crucial functions, such as call recording and analysis, which will help the team as a whole work better. Additionally, it enables you to add comments to each chat and receive updates on the program's analysis and recommendations based on the metrics it has gathered. Thanks to its mobile application, I can communicate with my clients and train even when I'm not in the office.

What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?

Chorus is vital in our company since 3 and a half years ago that we implemented and use their services, offering scalable options thanks to the patent portfolio so broad and reliable that offers helping us to transcribe and analyze our meetings and sales in real time that has allowed us to have a clearer and more targeted approach to the needs of our product and its consumer, in times of pandemic was our ideal ally when recording and analyzing our calls.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Depending on the requirement you need it is always a good option, thanks to its tool to record allows you to take notes and listen to conversations, in the area of marketing is an excellent support that allows you to listen directly to customers with more tranquility and analyze their needs, the fragments are of excellent help to share profits and to train, as it generates an excellent option for training calls or share recordings.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It has very slow methods at the time of filtering sometimes you have to leave the call and do it all over again which is a hopeless loss of time for our operators, usually have small problems that do not allow processing parts of the call that are often important or informative content, the system on the mobile device can be a bit cumbersome and makes its use problematic which generates limitations today more than before.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a very good tool of the moment that promotes analysis as an advantage for the growth and improvement of staff, it also helps you drive improvements in sales based on the needs and discomfort of the customer thanks to a review with more time of the call that was made in real time, as well as in meetings with partners and assigned guidelines to achieve more detailed notes that allow you to better consistency in your work.
