It's not just about tracking calls; it shows us how our campaigns are performing by linking calls to their results. The analytics are really detailed, allowing us to follow the customer journey from start to finish.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I'm really happy with how clear our call data is now. We can easily see which campaign brought in each lead, which helps us keep an eye on our ad spending. The call recordings and keyword tools show us what customers are struggling with and what their concerns are.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Figuring it all out can be hard, especially when we're trying to set up tricky routing rules or connect with other tools. Some parts of the interface feel a bit dated and aren't as user-friendly as newer apps.
