What differentiates Buffer from other similar products?

Easy scheduling across all of our social media channels. Saves our team time so we don鈥檛 have to spend hours setting up the posts that we create.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We like the workflow for customizing content for each network.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Recent pricing changes felt a bit confusing. I suppose we are on a legacy plan at this point and that is why.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The primary benefit for us with this tool is to save time scheduling posts and be able to see our schedule in one place. We don鈥檛 look into the analytics side with this tool, but it is a great time saver. For social media analytics we prefer a different solution.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

That you can schedule posts and respond to inquries with ease.

What do you dislike most about this product?

They don't have a good analytics tool, poor in metrics and insights.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use their Free version and see for yourself but keep in mind: - you have only basic and not extended analytics metrics - it's great as an asset manager and social media scheduler - they have a powerfull tool to respond to inquiries in seconds called Engagement - good at sentiment analysis and best time to post

Automation and scheduling. Apple to customize posts.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The video posting feature for LinkedIn and Facebook needs improvement. Sometimes images don't post correctly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Especially great for Twitter scheduling!
