With official access to Twitter, Reddit, and Tumblr's firehose, plus data coming from 100 million other sites, Brandwatch's historical archive includes over a trillion conversations, with 501 million new ones added every day. The platform then combines queries and AI to help you parse and analyze the data that's useful to you. From there it can be chopped, sliced, and combined to find insights you can put into action.

What differentiates Brandwatch from other similar products?
It is very easy to use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I appreciate the ability to copy posts to numerous channels simultaneously. I am able to post the initial comment on Instagram and add links to posts. Using the measure dashboards, I can uncover the data supporting the post. One-stop shopping. Additionally, I am able to view business campaigns so that I may borrow stuff from them.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It annoys me that we aren't able to publish some films or photographs in their original format. According to our data, I would also like to see the ideal time/day to submit material. The hub app is a complete mess. I'd like to be able to include our Pinterest account. There is always a need to lower the size of the Twitter and Instagram photographs. Each country should be able to publish their own images so that other countries can use and translate their content.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's quite user-friendly! Definitely take use of the tools that allow you to replicate content and monitor stats.

What differentiates Brandwatch from other similar products?
Falcon allows to both publish and engage with customers and visitors of Facebook, Youtub and LinkedIn for our business. Some features available for posting : caroussels, link posts, text posts Some dasboards that can be customized, arrived in 2020. Great client support.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Notifications when a comment arrived and needs to be answered dashboards are really interesting
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some features not available : not able to post carroussels on LinkedIn, cannot post square visuels on LinkedIn even for dark posts, this is crazy. For those we need to get to LK directly to post them. Not intuitive as far as creation of carroussels It would be good to have some workflow possible with other softwares for instance visual creation Realy need some batch integration the same we can do on Hubspot when integrating an Excel file and the whole month is there, pubished in a few clics cannot post on multiple networks the same content
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Consider other options too Falcon.io is convenient but some features are really missing, and if you want to be very effective this is not the ideal tool.

Great customer service. More features than I need

What differentiates Brandwatch from other similar products?
Way more features than other products I've used. Customer service is top notch - and they are always willing to listen to users about what we'd like to see improved or new features - and they actually implement them!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to schedule and post to all of the social media platforms I need. The feature which allows me to share a link to content with outside users to preview.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There seems to be connection issues with platforms fairly often - but it usually is an issue on the platform's end. I wish there was a better notification system.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Start with the module you really need - but don't be afraid to get your hands dirty in exploring all of the modules and services offered. Also take advantage of the trainings and support!
