What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of BigCommerce is its no transaction fees policy across all plans. It鈥檚 such a relief for merchants, you can use whatever payment gateway you want without getting nickel-and-dimed on every sale.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I鈥檓 not a fan of BigCommerce鈥檚 theme customization鈥攊t鈥檚 a bit stiff and tricky to tweak without coding, especially next to Shopify鈥檚 easy drag-and-drop or WooCommerce鈥檚 flexibility. Kind of a bummer if you鈥檙e not techy!
