What differentiates Avochato from other similar products?
Avochato stands out from other similar products due to its Automated workflow, multiple messaging channels, easy to use(Beginner friendly) and seamless integration with CRM systems. I think these points make Avochato more flexible and customer focused as compare to other similar products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Most likeable thing is, Being able to to send lot of people in a once to share information like links, RSVP s, surveys, its really helpful. In our organisation we are using though UI and API both. As a software developer I liked how seamlessly I can integrate this with my code and send sms through our product.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not as such to dislike but it feels cost is bit high and low cost version is extremely limited.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Not any- Great tool it has all the features I wanted

What differentiates Avochato from other similar products?
I love the ability to set up auto responses for keywords, since so many customers end up having the exact same questions over and over. and i like live inbox collaboration among Team and automated responses and Dynamic workflows

it is easy to use and attractive also create internal and operational efficiencies

it sometimes takes time to send and receive messages that requires more improvement
