What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

Asana has many integrations, a very interesting one is the one they have with time control tools. For example, with Toggl, since this tool allows you to control the time you spend on a task. With this integration, we can use Asana to keep that record.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Of course I like it, asana helps me to control, plan and carry out all the projects that I propose. I can create and share files and documents with the rest of the team with tools like Dropbox or Google Drive.

Asana allows you to have all the projects of the company in an organized way. I can organize each project by priority and if you use the labels you also have facilities to have all the information at hand and organized.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

Asana has a great capacity to manage a large number of projects and to be able to work together in order to advance all these pending projects much faster. One of the things that make the difference between Asana and other project management platforms is that Asana instantly updates all the progress that you have in the projects, in this way you can know what progress you have in each of the projects project schedules, unlike other platforms that take much longer to process that data and do not update this progress in real time. This allows me to view all the progress of my projects from my dashboard, in a matter of seconds.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the things I like the most about Asana is its notification service and the Calendar service. The calendar works perfectly and organizes very well all the projects that are planned, with their exact delivery date, this allows everything planned to be fulfilled, at the exact moment. In addition, the notification system sends immediate alerts for each change made in the projects, it also sends alerts when there are only a few days left to deliver the planned project. The alerts have helped us to be more attentive to any changes in the planning and to be able to know how much time we have to continue with the project.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Asana allows you to create two types of projects within its administrative panel, list or board projects, however, after a project has been created, the project type cannot be changed, this prevents a further modification free by users. In addition, Asana does not have the Keyboard Shortcuts service to be able to perform or execute a functionality within the platform, this prevents us as users from having more agility when navigating the platform in general. I would like to be able to enjoy a free modification for the projects that I have created, since at any moment I can make a mistake.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To any person or company that plans to integrate Asana into their work system, I would say to do so without a doubt, since Asana has an excellent ability to update all project progress in real time and also has an ease to manage these projects as a group. In addition, Asana has a perfect calendar and notification system, which further help projects to be completed at the right time, without any delays. Asana is an extremely reliable platform, projects will always remain encrypted in the cloud, this helps no intruder to enter the data or schedules that work teams are having within the company.
