What differentiates Amazon Redshift from other similar products?
AWS Web Services Big Data is a one-stop shop. It can handle your ETL pipelines, business intelligence, and machine learning needs. You don't need a different vendor for each vertical.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
AWS Data Migration is by far my favorite Big Data tool. It saved us a lot of time by cloning databases for our testing needs.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Documentation - more video driven help videos would be helpful for business users to learn and play.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
AWS Big Data is a whole suite of amazing products, so I would recommend identifying all your needs including, but not limited to: ETL, data warehousing, business intelligence, and machine learning. If you have needs in all these areas, then AWS Big Data Web Services is a no-brainer.
