Indeed, the heavier the file is, the longer it will take before it is accessible and usable.

I would tend to recommend a competitor like Microsoft Teams. Indeed, learning this software is not spontaneous. You need to think and watch videos to know some of the functions you want to use. In other words, learning just by browsing and discovering the software by yourself is very difficult compared to other platforms.
