What differentiates Act-On from other similar products?
Many of our efforts to expand our brand's visibility have been aided by Act-On. Act-On allows us to provide highly personalized and account-based interactions with our customers and leads, guiding them down the paths we've laid out for them. Act-On has proven crucial to our progress, whether it be for internal marketing newsletters or external automated drip campaigns.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We are an agile marketing group committed to expanding our client base through superior service. Act-On met all of our demands as a small organization, when we had fewer than 100 employees, and as we expanded through mergers and acquisitions. I can think of no situation in which Act-On would be inappropriate.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It would be beneficial if their customer care chat tool was accessible during the same time periods as businesses on the west and east coasts.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The automation constructor is a breeze to work with. The success of any behavior-based marketing effort hinges on a thorough mapping of the client journey. Act-On has an intuitive UI that makes making content a breeze. Their assistance to clients is first rate. Act-extraordinary On's customer service goes far beyond what I'd expect from a software company, whether I'm communicating with their chatbot, email team, or Account Rep.

What differentiates Act-On from other similar products?
Both the administrators and regular employees here at work make use of this program. It's simple to toggle between the HTML and graphic formats. By connecting our CRM to our instance, we can populate our automation with data that changes in real time. It's great to be able to convert our data into richer, more precise reports that meet our exact specifications.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The Act-On user interface is superior in terms of both usability and adaptability. Easily navigated and used; no prior knowledge of coding is required. It offers a variety of pre-made automation program templates that can be modified to fit our unique needs in terms of lead generating. The intuitive interface is a selling point because of the drag-and-drop organization, list filtering, and lead scoring features.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We require a more user-friendly interface and quicker load times. It would be great if users could contact one another privately within the app. Some enhancements to the functionality are possible.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Act-On streamlines the process of developing marketing automation tools including landing sites, online forms, and email campaigns. The workflow builder can be used to create a nurturing flow, which can then be used to design a customer's journey. There are many applications for it. Thanks to Tactical's helpful customer service, we were able to use Act-On for more intricate integrations and advertising campaigns. Enhancing usability in certain areas is desirable.
