What differentiates Act-On from other similar products?
Act-On stands apart from competing software because it is an all-encompassing marketing platform that helps businesses increase sales and retain more customers through an ingenious system that manages email marketing campaigns, web visitor tracking, social media management, and client relations in order to make the most of their available resources.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Act-On has helped us reach our targeted audience in the business-to-business (B2B) sector and commercialize our experience and solutions. Our marketing automation runs smoothly and efficiently because of the seamless integration between Act-On and our Dynamics CRM. Both the segmentation and the automations are simple to set up and maintain. It's a great piece of software for our needs.
What do you dislike most about this product?
A learning curve is to be expected in the outset, however Act-On provides excellent customer service and is readily available to answer questions. And the incorporation classes were quite helpful.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I highly recommend this software because it is incredibly user-friendly, has a solid control panel, and provides excellent customer service.

What differentiates Act-On from other similar products?
It is easier to use than other programs from the very beginning to the very end. Because the software is so user-friendly, it is also simple to teach new users how to use it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We were able to reach the precise people we were going after with the support of Act-On, allowing us to grow our business. Because of Act-seamless On's integration with our Dynamics CRM, we're able to streamline our marketing automation. Similarly to how easy it is to establish and update automations, segmentation is simple to do so as well. This program works wonderfully for our purposes.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is a (naturally) steep learning curve at the outset, but Act-On provides excellent customer service and is always quick to respond to inquiries. The orientation programs were also quite useful.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
In my opinion, this is the best software out there because it combines so many useful marketing tools into one simple package. For us, it has been indispensable. While it serves more than a dozen critical purposes, including social media management and account-based marketing, I find its interoperability with our CRM system to be particularly useful.
