What differentiates Act-On from other similar products?

A user-friendly marketing automation tool, Act-On is a great choice. Act-On was far less complicated and more user-friendly than Marketo, which I had previously used. There have been nothing but improvements to the product's aesthetics and use over the past two to three years. Yet, the help provided by Act-On is what I appreciate the most. Excellent assistance is provided by them. Perhaps the greatest customer service I've ever had for a software as a service.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Act-On automation platform is easy to use; I particularly appreciate the well-organized menu, which guides you logically from one step to the next as you construct automation. We have had nothing but positive experiences with the service crew. The Act-On community, Act-On university, online training classes, and webinars are all resources we can utilize to learn more about the platform and become more proficient users.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Our efforts can be negatively impacted by software that hasn't been updated or fixed despite our repeated requests for information about planned maintenance. It would be very helpful if we were given advanced notice of upcoming maintenance or of any known difficulties so that we could be on the lookout for them and ready to act.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Just what we needed to see what notes our coworkers had taken. Possibility of customizing our individual floor plans to better suit our demands. As users fill out many fields with different responses, it becomes more difficult to organize the data. I'd want to have our team grouped by more than one field at a time, but that's not possible.

What differentiates Act-On from other similar products?

The fact that it is so simple to use, that it possesses outstanding capabilities, and that it can be purchased for a fee that is not overly steep are the aspects that set it apart from similar software.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The cooperation at Act-On is unparalleled. They've given us a team that's focused on our account, staffed by people who are eager to help and who have a deep understanding of the product, and given us access to product managers to discuss the features we need. Furthermore, they provide proactive strategic support based on an in-depth knowledge of Marketing Automation Strategy and digital marketing as a whole.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Putting a number on it is challenging. Unfortunately, Act-CRM On's connectivity fell short of our requirements on occasion. Nonetheless, Act-On immediately included us into beta testing and conducted interviews to better understand our requirements. They listen to their customers and use that information to further the service they provide.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This software comes highly recommended from me because of its flexible campaign creation options, helpful customer service, and impressive set of capabilities, all of which make it ideal for running multi-faceted campaigns for either a limited or an unlimited amount of time.

What differentiates Act-On from other similar products?

It has been a beneficial tool for our company, it helps us improve marketing and customize it to the way we work, we can view and analyze our reports and see the impact it has on our marketing and the growth of our company.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has allowed us to manage and improve the experience with customers, using various social networks, emails and creating messages automatically, it has given us the best features to create excellent marketing campaigns, its user interface is flexible and dynamic.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are no features that need improvement, it has given us solutions to manage surveys, subscriptions and all our contacts, and it has been useful for us to keep track of our earnings and investments.

Good capacity for functions and features that help create a positive impact in our organization and with customers.
