What differentiates 15Five Engage from other similar products?

I love how straightforward the system is to use. And you don鈥檛 ought to implement everything directly for it to be impactful. We started with simply check-ins and 1:1. Then added reviews and can shortly be implementing Goals.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love, how simple the platform is to use. Super easy to drag information from it and clear to grasp. Making your own templates (for reviews, engagement surveys, etc) are nice for us to tailor to the language we use at Sonovate. The support team are amazing, thus fast to reply and conjointly offer you guides, clips or screen shots of what they鈥檙e describing.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The other is that the additional Manager for a person can only see the simplest Sefl Review, rather than having similar access because of the primary Manager. It looks a bit oversimplified. At times, I want further options can be shown. Generally i鈥檓 unable to confirm if I have outstanding tasks left to be done. Honestly, nothing. Several nice features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
15Five does a great job of laying down the groundwork for sound management practices that can be found in every company. When managers continuously utilize 15Five's weekly updates and one-on-one contact with their employees, they are able to establish sustainable approaches to achieve better levels of performance and cultural success. As a result, confidence in the business grows, attrition decreases, engagement increases, and employees are better equipped to grow professionally.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have no complaints about the goods in any way shape or form. Many of the techniques 15Five aims to help managers with come straight out of management 101. Tools like 15Five wouldn't be as popular and beneficial if managers were better at exhibiting these tactics and prioritizing their employees.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Plan your rollout to your teams in a systematic and thorough manner. 15Five's integration/support agreement should also be included in your contract. A customer success contact who was accessible and not gone the day after you started would be a terrific addition to their support and online resources!
