What differentiates Zoho Connect from other similar products?

It integrates with the rest of Zoho. Information moves across your entire business without having to use services like Zapier.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Timesheet and productivity reporting and analysis.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It almost has too many ways to work with the other apps. You need to spend sometimes understanding your workflows and processes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use it when you decide how you want your business to use Zoho One. It's still effective on your own, but you lose out on so many possibilities.
