Easy to use, but requires deluge coding knowledge

What differentiates Zoho Connect from other similar products?

Integration into the Zoho ecosystem.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Like social media

What do you dislike most about this product?

After a certain point you have to be able to use deluge coding to create customizations in any of the zoho products. While deluge is supposed to be a "simple" coding language, it is quite challenging to learn and there aren't great resources available to teach you.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Invest in Zoho One to really get your money's worth.

A great all in one solution and rival to G-Suite

What differentiates Zoho Connect from other similar products?

Zoho Connect integrates all the elements of Zoho into one place for staff to collaborate. Unlike G-Suite or Microsoft we feel that Zoho Connect adds and element that the other software suites dont with Connect. It allows us to do staff engagement and education alongside productivity.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Town Hall and broadcast features are useful and we havent seen them elsewhere unless you use some additional software like SoapBox.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoho don't make a huge deal about this product when you purchase an inclusive package like Zoho One. We had to discover the product ourselves unlike software such as Creator or Cliq which our account manager made sure we knew how to use.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We would recommend using Connect as a single part of a wider collection of zoho products to make sure it all dovetails nicely and you can maximise the features such as Instant messaging and file sharing without limitation.
