What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Because everything鈥擧R, payroll, benefits, recruiting, and talent management is connected in one system, This is very helpful for large organizations where they do dnot have proper system setup
What do you dislike most about this product?
This is complex software to use. Need proper training and integrations as per the organisations needs. Basic tasks that we can do easily with the help of understanding and other files can seem s little complicated sometimes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It takes a long time to implement, so be prepared for it. Training can be expensive. You need to assign someone in your organization who can take full charge of everything. Workday is best for mid-to-large enterprises with complex HR needs
