What differentiates Tidio from other similar products?

This software can be effortlessly modified and utilized to match our website and theme. Its interface is straightforward and organized, enhancing its accessibility. We have the flexibility to tailor the bots to our requirements, such as triggering the chatbox to appear when a visitor lands on the site for the first time or interacts with specific sections of the website. It offers a high degree of customization.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Integrating Tidio into our website was a swift and straightforward process. I haven't utilized it for clients yet, but I intend to do so next year. There's an abundance of customization options available, even with the free plan. This is particularly beneficial when gathering information from customers who might be inquiring about or seeking details about a range of services. A feature I particularly appreciate is the ability to configure the bot to only show up on the website when staff members are logged in and prepared to continue the conversation after the bot has guided the potential customer through a specific funnel.

What do you dislike most about this product?

A downside is that it doesn't support multiple triggers for a bot. For instance, if I want the bot to be activated when a user visits the home page and the same bot to be activated when a user types a specific word, this isn't feasible. Additionally, confirmation texts such as 'message sent' are not always accurate. There are instances where the message might not have been sent, yet I still receive the confirmation message.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Tidio assists in sifting through commonly asked questions and directing more particular inquiries to the appropriate department. This efficiency eliminates the need for redundant discussions via phone or email, with the added advantage of gathering data and contact details that we might typically overlook.

What differentiates Tidio from other similar products?

They have the new, improved AI, which resolves questions faster than before and is easier to integrate compared to other AI

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the software mobile application; it is easy to use to chat with clients on the go and you can sync the chat from the application and the web application so you have the chat history from one place

What do you dislike most about this product?

It cost extra to removing the software branding on the live chat, which makes it more expensive if you need to have the widget without branding

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a good tool for you to offer customer support in your application and in your website
