The ability to do customer branches and options while also having a free tier and interactive analytics

The ability to create branches based on a survey response or choice
What do you dislike most about this product?
Free trial response limit. I understand why they have it in place, so I can't blame them but it is something I wish was increased. So if you are needing to survey more then 100 people, you will need to sign up for a full account and skip the trial. Likely worth it though Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Test it out. The free trial means you have no reason not to. Just beware it is limited to 100 responses

I liked some of the pre-built functionality of Survey Sparrow. The onboarding process guided me along the path I needed to go.

Survey Sparrow is likely a better fit for niche industries compared to survey monkey or other similar tools.

What differentiates SurveySparrow from other similar products?
The easiness and intuitiveness of a survey creation - this tool almost builds your questionnaires for you. And the end result pleases your eyes. The other thing is automatic translations of the survey, that you can later correct manually. Engaging Google Translate in the process really saves the time, if you have to prepare your surveys in various language versions. What I also like is various ways to recruit participants, either you want to send them the link, embed your survey on the website, display it on mobile - it's all there.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Definitely the modern look, and "conversational" survey style (it may look a bit like a chat, but it doesn't have to, you can choose more conventional way of displaying questions).
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not enough question types and logic for my needs. I had to change to more average looking, but offering more options tool. NPS survey tool is separated from a main survey software. So even having the most expensive plan you have to pay extra for NPS research. Not cool. You can't bulk import survey questions from a text file or doc.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Take a trial and decide, if the tool is enough for you. If you expect fancy looking, attractive surveys, and don't require very sophisticated logic or complicated piping, you will enjoy Survey Sparrow for sure.
