What differentiates SugarCRM from other similar products?
We use SugarCRM as our CRM solution for unified communications, data center and IT edge solutions. It helps us to draw a complete profile of our leads, from their first interaction to capturing their latest activities and interests. The best thing about SugarCRM is that it can be very easily integrated with third-party intent platforms so that our salespeople can easily view offers from these platforms directly in their contact/prospect profile in SugarCRM.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The sales dashboard is very detailed, accessible and informative. It helps our sales team quickly fill in a lead's details instead of going through the entire profile and deleting all the unnecessary data: purchase history, conversation history, interactions, industry, current pain. Points and more, all in one place to sell consoles. Support omnichannel communication between sales staff and prospects. Native integrations with third-party purchase intent and marketing platforms help populate CRM with data from these systems, giving our salespeople a 360-degree view of prospects.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is definitely room for improvement to increase the usability of the platform, for example, the reports section could be updated with more out-of-the-box reports. Although SugarCRM has a mobile app that helps us view leads/contacts/opportunities on the go, it lacks certain important features such as presentation and reporting that would be a great complement. The artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities in the Discover module are not as advanced as what Salesforce Einstein offers.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend SugarCRM to anyone looking for a good, stable and highly customizable CRM solution. It has great customizability, reporting, and overall a great platform for small to medium sized businesses. For large enterprise-level companies, I think Salesforce makes more sense, as it has better connectivity to other applications and has a larger user and developer community than SugarCRM. Also, if you use an enterprise-level marketing automation platform for your marketing campaigns, such as Adobe Marketo, Salesforce Pardot and Salesforce.

What differentiates SugarCRM from other similar products?
SugarCRM is a super user-friendly customer relationship management software that can definitely be used by entry-level businesses. It offers a wide array of features, including lead management, sales forecasting, customer segmentation, and much more. This allows businesses to better track and manage customer data and gain valuable insights into their customer relationships.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
SugarCRM is highly customizable. We are able to control how the information is presented and how it is used, allowing us to create a solution that meets their individual requirements.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Even though it is rich in features, SugarCRM does not offer as many features as some of the other CRM solutions on the market like Zoho. And as of now, it has limited integrations.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are an entry-level business or freelancer then go for it. It's highly suitable and will work well with your current level of requirements.

What differentiates SugarCRM from other similar products?
We use Sugar CRM as our relationship manager with our trusted customers because of the high utility it has demonstrated over time keeping our teams informed about the movements of our customers and potential customers, allowing the recruitment of these more easily and also making those who are already remain with us, through excellent campaigns that we can address through the tool.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The tool natively has the possibility of having integrations with other marketing platforms which allows and facilitates a much broader vision for our agents on how and when to offer our products and services. The omnichannel communication with potential customers is one of the best things about the tool maintaining a healthy and trustful communication with them. The platform's sales tool is superb, simple, and with all the necessary data to keep in mind.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The mobile application still has a lot to develop, it is important that it allows us to see the contacts and information of our customers, but we would like to go a little further and be able to generate reports from this platform, hopefully we can have it in future updates. The interface seems a little outdated compared to competitors, although it works quite well, we think it needs a slight visual tweak without affecting its performance.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Sugar CRM is one of the best options in the market for all types of companies that need to maintain constant and effective communication with their customers or potential customers, managing to mount marketing campaigns and allowing the possibility of increasing sales that greatly benefit companies. Its ability to integrate with other tools is magnificent. Its customer service is quite good and its price is quite competitive.
