What differentiates Spotler CRM from other similar products?
They live up to their name! They've created a really simple system while still offering a good degree of customization to your business use case.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
User interface is so intuitive, makes it easy to onboard new employees and for employees to complete their work efficiently.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Wish that the Account entity structure could be configurable to build templates of different types of accounts as applicable to our business. Currently just using multiple custom fields on the Account entity to capture unique aspects of different types of accounts we have.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
When you're evaluating CRM options, sit an end user in front of the demo screen of each system and you'll likely get a very quick response in favor of Really Simple Systems because so many of the complex, configurable options out there didn't achieve anywhere near the degree of usability that Really Simple Systems has. I sat a non-techie user in front of multiple options, and he very quickly responded that without question RSS was worlds better (just based on usability/layout/navigation/visual impact)
