What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

Smartsheet is great for taking control of multi-phase projects. The ability to share the content and editing capabilities is what make the product shine. From Gantt charts to seeing schedules at a glance, Smartsheet allows for multiple users to collaborate on each step of the project lifespan.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

1. Smooth team collaboration - It is really easy to distribute and assign tasks as per the available bandwidth. 2. Realtime update and project tracking - Team collaborators can easily update their status in real-time and see others' status as well. 3. Dynamic dashboards - The dashboard is the most used feature in our company. Smartsheet lets us translate complex-looking data into graphs and charts, which are very comfortable and easy to view and analyze. 4. Functions and formulas - Although there are limited sets of functions and formulas. However, we can create our own logic and apply formulas as required.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It strikes us that being such a highly profitable tool, it does not have a customer service on par with the quality of the software, however few things can be limited since the tool works quite well and is one of the main guides of the production processes that we perform in our company.

Smartsheet is used in our project management company to facilitate teamwork and the development of projects that are managed by several people, allowing them to work online keeping all at the same time the same north required for the success of future projects, project management and resource management is greatly improved with the use of Smartsheet to such an extent that it has become essential to use it in each of our productive developments.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The tool is very easy to use through a very simple and intuitive user interface allowing our users to quickly become familiar with each of the tools provided by the service. Managing groups of users for the assignment of different projects allows us to maintain order and control of these through constant supervision by a master. Data security is important and Smartsheet complies with what is necessary to avoid data loss or leakage.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The customer service needs to improve a lot because it is not adequate enough according to the usefulness of the software, the functionality in some cases can be perceived limited for reasons that have not been clarified yet, it would be important to customize some tools allowing greater flexibility in the development of projects and to better capture the ideas of our users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The tool is presented as the ideal solution for all those companies that need to automate their process development flows, thus increasing productivity within the companies and reducing the hours invested in these projects. The tool has certain similarities with spreadsheet tables making it easier to use and more familiar with the software, achieving a more efficient integration within the company.
