Service Now is a great tool to manage services which includes many things - Incidents, Changes, Problem and knowledge management. It has customizing reports options and many customizing queries based on your requirements.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Based on your requirements you can make query and make is favorites and also dashboard which are pre-designed are giving very good glimpse.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No dislike for this superb product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend to have this tool as this has very good integration between Incidents, changes and problem along with knowledge management.

What differentiates ServiceNow IT Service Management from other similar products?

Service Now (SNOW) is very good tool to manage services, Incidents, Changes, Problems, Knowledge Management. I am using it for Incident, changes and Problem mainly. It has very good integration with each other and support is also very nice.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

SNOW has very good integration features between, Incidents, Changes and Problem.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I do not find it anything dislike.

I strongly recommend this tool to must have in an organization to manage services.

I haven't found anything to dislike this product.User live when they use this product.Servicenow is sponsible for empowering the building applications and democratic the process of expanding the systematic approaches.And the low code no code method of servicenow has hekped many developers who are not that good in coding.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

ServiceNow is a cloud-based workflow automation platform that enables enterprise organizations to improve operational efficiencies by streamlining and automating routine work tasks.No doubt, skilled ServiceNow persons will be high in demand. If you have looked forward to learning something new and want a career progression, ServiceNow is the best option.It has very easy set up and it is very reliable.
