What differentiates Salesforce Chatter from other similar products?

I have used salesforce before the implementation of Chatter. Chatter makes deal-communication and pipeline updates so much easier for my remote team. I like the ability to tag stakeholders cross-functionally and keeping them in the loop on real-time updates.

Tagging features.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't have any strict dislikes about the product

It's a great addition to Salesforce rollout due to its convenient placement inside the account and deal stages.
