What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Powerful analytics and reporting capabilities of the platform are striking. They give businesses valuable insights on sales level, customer interaction, and products stock. Using these analytics, the firms will be in a position to come up with informed decisions, streamline their strategies and eventually enhance their overall operational efficiencies resulting into sustained growth in a competitive market.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is moreover an issue with pricing structure that the smaller businesses can worry about. Licensing, add-ons, and support can be so expensive that only a few can use more elaborate features of the platform. This economic rate may discourage small-scale stores in maximizing all the potential of Salesforce B2C Commerce to maximize their e-commerce business.
