What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?
Ease of use. Never had to ask HR any questions on ways to help. Way more straightforward than other tools.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
When it's payday and you get a "you got paid" email with a fun gif. Makes me so happy!
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's a 10/10 product for me. If there was a way to get slack notifications + text messages that'd be the only thing I'd want. That may be possible, but mine isn't set up for that.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Don't overthink it. They are market leaders for a reason. Best software out there for what you are looking to accomplish.
