An encryption-based collaboration tool
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates OnBoard from other similar products?
A secure end-to-end encrypted file synchronization and collaboration tool called OnBoard is designed to safeguard sensitive information. The real benefit of OnBoard is that, upon cloud file download, only the owner can decrypt the file's contents; other users cannot. OnBoard features a unique feature that allows sharing of encrypted data without having to re-encrypt it; this distribution can be stopped by revoking permission.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The most secure cloud storage option is OnBoarde, which is user-friendly. You don't have to be aware that it is operating in the background when you don't want it to. However, if the data needs to be recovered, it may be used on any platform and becomes highly robust. But the most important aspect might be how much focus is placed on security. It took me some time to enter all my data there, but it has been secure since then.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Despite extensive troubleshooting, it still doesn't sync or work like a drive inside the computer on Mac. I wonder if this affects just myself or everybody. I must download, edit, save, and then re-upload the file to make changes. I use my computer because this is a massive waste of time. This support is long delayed and would be an excellent addition.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is entirely secure and runs quietly in the background. It's simple to set up which folders should be backed up, and file access works equally well on desktop and mobile devices. Real-time synchronization provides constant confidence. I always have access to a copy of it through the cloud.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Reliable

An Effortless and Comprehensive System
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates OnBoard from other similar products?
Gathering agendas, minutes, and other paperwork is a breeze. Plus, I can annotate papers and add meeting minutes to the resource files so that the Board can refer to them whenever necessary. Managing users, scheduling meetings, uploading documents, and using the directory are all breezes. Pleasant to use, packed with useful features, and easy to implement.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite feature of OnBoard is its integration seamlessly with my Zoom and Outlook calendars, allowing me to schedule meetings with a single click. I am thrilled that my Board of Directors has had no trouble adapting to OnBoard because it is user-friendly and straightforward. I can see approaching people on the network. Putting together materials for committee and board meetings is a breeze for me.
What do you dislike most about this product?
While there isn't much about OnBoard that I don't like, one annoyance must configure access in many locations. Though it may be challenging to convince board members to change, things go smoothly once they do. It would be wonderful if the minute builder had a few different templates.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Working with OnBoard has been a breeze, and the product is robust, user-friendly, and continually improving. My advice is to acquaint people with OnBoard by providing all papers via the platform rather than attaching them to emails sent to groups or committees. Generally speaking, OnBoard is a service I would confidently suggest to others.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Reliable
- Effective Service
